Milford House Supports Derbyshire’s Winter Vaccination Campaign

At Milford Care, the health and wellbeing of our residents and colleagues remains a top priority. Winter can present additional challenges across health and social care services, making preventative healthcare measures more important than ever.

Vaccinations remain one of the most effective ways of reducing the impact of seasonal illnesses and helping to protect those who may be at greater risk of serious complications. By safeguarding the health of care teams, providers can continue delivering high-quality care while helping to protect the vulnerable older adults they support every day.

The Department of Health and Social Care has highlighted the vital role social care organisations play in promoting vaccine uptake and helping to keep health and care communities safe and well throughout the winter period.
