At many of our care homes, we also offer nursing care services. In our nursing care homes, our residents are welcomed straight into our Milford Care family and looked after by dedicated specialist teams, delivering care with empathy and understanding.

Our nursing care services work around the clock to ensure the best possible care, no matter what the long-term medical need is. Those who come to live with us may have conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia and others. We appreciate our residents may have varying needs and requirements which is why we will always have a thorough pre-assessment plan and personalised care structure in place.

For many nursing residents, their conditions mean they rely on others to do the day-to-day, such as assisting with meals, personal care and taking medications. 

Our nursing care homes are also equipped with the latest in specialist equipment, including hoists, and nursing beds in order to help support and ensure the ultimate comfort for your loved one.

Many of our nursing homes also offer residential care, respite care, dementia care, palliative care as well as general nursing, which ensures our residents feel safe in the knowledge they won’t have to move around the county to receive different treatments – we can help!
