Meet Your Care Home Manager

Jim Watt
Home Manager
I started with Milford Care in April 2011 as a Care Assistant and then worked hard to progress within the company to reach my current role of Home Manager at Ashbourne Lodge, a position I have held since the Home opened in 2014. I find my job so rewarding and would not change it for the world as here at Ashbourne Lodge my team and I strive to make a difference to everyone who comes to stay with us. It is my passion to give good quality person-centred care, and this is an ethos which is embedded through the entire team at Ashbourne Lodge.
