Nicole Thompson

With a lifelong passion for elderly care, I understand the challenges families face when transitioning a loved one into care. My journey began as a live-in carer, leading to roles in residential homes, the NHS, and an MSc in Nursing. After years at The Royal Derby Hospital, I became Clinical Lead at Milford Care, where I now proudly serve as Manager. We embrace the Montessori Ethos, ensuring dignity and compassionate care. 

I am dedicated to supporting families through this transition, providing reassurance that their loved ones are in safe hands. To me, Milford Care is more than a home – it’s family.
