from the moment of entering Hazelgrove the whole staff could not do enough to settle her and make her comfortable. ...she very quickly settled down and was chatting away... an independent lady with opinions of her own....I received nothing but courtesy and help when it was decided to also admit my mother's sister from Birkenhead...last year when it was my mother's 104th birthday the staff did her proud with a party to celebrate the occasion - ITV coverage included!

...it is always a pleasure to come down and visit...my praise for all associated with Hazelgrove cannot be put into words....
