Milford House, a retirement home of elegance and distinction, was formerly the country residence of Jedediah Strutt, a leading pioneer industrialist of the 18th century.

In 1985 the beautiful grade II listed building and adjoining Coach House were thoughtfully and tastefully renovated into a Retirement home, set in its own beautifully landscaped gardens. Milford House exudes a distinct Georgian elegance coupled with a truly homely atmosphere.
